Does this dude realize that Philly is dead last in the Metro, 23 games behind the #4 Washington Capitols and 5th worst team in the NHL. Yeah they're not making the playoffs.

Oilers can’t be in on chychrun until they know 100% klef won’t attempt a return which is still premature. Also if Holland was anywhere close to thinking this team needed a massive splash like that it would have happened before replacing Tippett.

Contingency's are still allowed, however conditions strictly based on a player re-signing are no longer allowed
