Anaheim doesn't consider because of the 2nd rounder. Not enough coming back.

Figured as much. Debrusk and Vaakanainen could be good gambled but it would be a risk for sure

Philly might accept.

Detroit and Anaheim are terrible trades for Boston.

Value short on Pavs with retention. Pointless for Boston. This team has no business chasing high end pure rentals.

I think Braun will probably get a 2nd, The shine is off Senyshyn really, 24 yrs old, 3 yrs pro and not likely to ever be a NHLer. Flyers don't lack bottom 6 wingers.

Close, but I think flyers hold out for a 2nd instead, but its close.

ANA has come around quicker than expected, but that deal might be doable

The Ducks have an abundance of LHD prospects already. Two of them project to be better than Urho (Zellweger and Thrun) and one on a similar / slightly lower level (LaCombe). With Fowler being under contract until 2026 and Benoit only being 23, I don't see where he would slot into the lineup in the future. That's why the Ducks shouldn't do it. Never said the Bruins should either, as they shouldn't. But the Ducks don't need DeBrusk and the 2nd can be used to draft a player at a position of bigger need.

Ya but you said not enough. Value and need are 2 different things. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Your going to have to add value to the Detroit trade. These guys are scraps and I don't think Yzerman wants Reilly or his cap hit. Take out Reilly, unless you want to pay us to take him, and add a 2nd.

Detroit 100% passes, depending on how the D market shapes out Leddy should return at least a late 2nd or 3rd round pick with retention.

i like how much everyone hates on reilly because he isn't produces a crazy amount of points yet all his advanced analytics show he has had a very solid season his GAR, WAR and corsi are all very solid, he definitely isn't a cap dump but yes i agree with that detroit just doesn't need him but reilly isn't much of a downgrade from leddy

Nothing against him personally. It's just cap dollars and term for a player that doesn't help us. Hopefully Detroit is using it's extra cap space as an asset and charging for it. I definitely understand to allot of other teams he's not a cap dump. For Detroit more like a cap surcharge. We need to be doing everything we can to maximize the rebuild. Unless Yzerman likes the guy for a stop gap I don't see Detroit bring interested in this sort of trade without paying more for Leddy and a sweetener for Reilly. I think Detroit is pretty specific about the type of player they trade for.

Ya that’s where I definitely agree with you Reilly just isn’t a need for you guys so I understand why you say no personally I think the teams that would be interested are teams like St. Louis, NYI, Nashville. Nashville just to sure up the D core for a playoff run and islanders and St. Louis because they have D cores that are more defensively sound and not as much offence. Reilly would be a great partner for parayko or mayfield but again I totally understand what you are saying now it’s not necessarily he isn’t good he just doesn’t fit the team needs or direction

Right, not really in Detroit's timeline.
