Perhaps you should know that we Anaheim guys have already agreed that we would be charmed with Topi Niemela and your 2022 second for Josh Manson with 50% retention.

You do realize Topi Niemela is the top dman in Finland at the age of 19 right? And may be the long term solution to the RHD hole the leafs have had for 15 years? But yeah let’s trade him for 20 games of broken Josh Manson…

Nah, this is good for the team. Dermott has been bouncing around and doesn't really fit anywhere. Not to mention, he is 25, so he is nearing his prime, which isn't great. The two B prospects is a bit of an overpay though. Take on of them out, or change the 1st to a 3rd and its fine.

I dont believe that Niemela is a B prospect

So you don't like Dermot....but how do like the bounced around Schenn? And Manson is just a middling guy now...you realize it's 2022.
As I suggest.....Dermot and Holl for Schenn and Manson, is that even an improvement for the Leafs this season?
