I think it’s a good start. Dermott would have to be switched for a different player but definitely a good proposal. Amirov is left handed which isn’t necessarily what we need but he’s still a good prospect.

Niemela would make sense. Though the jets are probably looking for a big rd with size or a big right handed forward with some potential. The leafs don’t have exactly what the jets are looking for, but no team does, especially when what you are looking for is big rd/rw. Not many of those around the league lol. People need to tamper expectations a bit.

I also think you may be overpaying a bit here. You basically paid a former 1st and a couple of 2nds. (Dermott is basically a zero value piece to the jets). Maybe you could do with less. But I would also argue that it will take an overpay to take demelo from the jets.
