Who cares, you'd still take the deal and hope Wright is there next year.

a laugh out loud pass by the sabres

I will take Tage's 34 points over the rentals 34 points on a better team.

I take it that you’re a Rangers fan cause no one of these trades benefit the other teams

I wouldn’t trade Tage for Strome straight up, let alone adding.

The Buffalo and Arizona trades are bad

So says a Devils fan

The 'yotes are in need of an experienced goalie and have a abundance of draft pics

The Sabres need experience in the middle

What is hysterical is how well those two teams have done this year. Change and veteran experience is need

Extension talks are not going well and adding Dvorak has many advantages

I wouldn't be a Rangers fan if I proposed deals that benefited the other teams more

So says the dumb Rangers fan

Tage Thompson is producing the same numbers as Ryan Strome while playing on a worse team and not playing with Artemi Panarin. Thompson is young, not a rental, and better.

Nemeth is a cap dump. Georgiev is worth a 3rd at most. They're worth nowhere close to a 1st and 2nd

Dvorak has been pretty bad this year. Strome also has a lot of chemistry with panarin i would much rather just risk losing him in FA then adding Dvorak and just ruining the second lines chemistry.

I’m a Rangers, but my point is that these aren’t realistic. When trades are made they usually are trades that benefit BOTH teams, not deals that are this one sided

Trading away a 1st and a 2nd for a goalie you can’t afford isn’t anything close to what Arizona needs.

Lmao, the trades are horrible, but you’re right, the sabres, who are rebuilding are going to trade a 2nd and a younger, cost controlled center who has more points than a rental. Holy cow

Yeah but none are ideal. I guess we still take it and probably move or bury Gauthier. I just don't see the Habs rushing to put Wright in the lineup the way they did with KK.

Of course they won’t rush whoever they draft in the first round this year. If we have too many players in the ideal position then we wouldn’t be in a rebuilt

WOW calling a 25 year old 2nd or 3rd line center on a decent cap hit a "cap dump" really says a lot. Just cause the OP is overpaying for Dvorak doesn't make Dvorak a cap dump. The way you are coming of is that you are saying anyone who isn't elite or a top line player is a cap dump, which just is not true.

Sabres decline

Not really interested in Strome
& we like Thompson just fine. He’s developed into a good player for us who’s on pace for over 30goal on a crappy team
That’s good enough for me
We’ll just keep him
Thanks anyways
