I think Bylsma is a terrible coach. However, my opinion is based on his days in Pittsburgh, I have not watched Buffalo much.

really not sure. one of the things i don't know a lot about is the coaching, and i've heard he's a really bad coach, but i guess the only people who REALLY know are the players. So i guess nobody on CapFriendly could tell you how good of a coach he is. But based off what i know, i have no idea. I think they should think about firing him but i'm not sure if they should actually do it or not.

I mean, is Buffalo missing the playoffs a shock? I wouldn't blame the coach. The team isn't overly great right now. Forwards, you have some nice pieces, but depth wise, it's not there yet. Defensively, besides Ristolainen, they could use more high end talent. Goal-tending isn't high end, but Lehner may benefit from having a better d-core in front of him.

Yeah, I think he should go. Although it's not his fault that Buffalo's defense sucks, it seems that the players don't like him, which is obviously not good.

Just curious why you don't think the players like him? I'm not close to the situation in Buffalo, so I'm legitimately asking.

I thought Phil Housley was their coach ? I never liked Bylsma so not sure why he was even allowed to say that long . I think they fired Ruff too not long ago so a short shelf life in Buffalo .
