Flames will never do that trade.

If it were to happen it would be the best HABS trade since the HABS traded for the #1 pick (Guy Lafleur)

Yeah Yzerman wont give up Zadina and a 3rd for Jeff Petry making 3.5 x $6,250,000 especially seeing that Petry isn't a need in Detroit right now he's hardly any better then Filip Hronek.

Flames, wings and rangers aren’t doing anything close to that. The ridiculous Montreal trades continue…

Starting to think it is a language issue - maybe in French these ridiculous trades sound better???

If Montreal retains 50% on Hoffman's salary like LA did for Carter, then sure.

Petry trade will never happen. You have to add a big sweetener to dump him. Definitely not getting Zadina or any pics.

*Sees Detroit on a Habs ACGM*
*Thinks* ”Ugh, I already know this is going to be more Petry garbage"
*Opens thread to see just how laughable this one is*
....
”yea, I'll just add this person to the ignore list with the rest of the Habs fans"
