I think reduce the pick and the Bruins pull the trigger. The organization understands DeBrusk won't thrive in his current situation and historically, the Bruins have loved bringing in former first round draft picks (i.e. Daniel Paille) to try to unlock their potential.
Zacha has more goals than DeBrusk in a similar, less than ideal situation. Zacha also plays on the Czech national team with Pasta which could help Zacha acclimate into an organization like Boston's. Seems like a decent bet to take without taking a big swing with tons of assets for a bigger risk, which is Sweeney's MO. And it's a move I could be convinced into being optimistic about.
