These trades look realistic, but I feel like keeping Pitlick might actually do us good with Rem and Rhett

Petry for a 2nd might get you into the inbox without the retention. If Petry is ever going to be moved for that little return, it will be his whole contract.

With that contract? Lol Have you seen the contracts dmen have been getting lately?

Petry has 4 years of 40+points in a row…..and he’s plays the right side which is premium spot. His contract won’t be an issue if he’s traded. Now what the Habs ask in return, might be a different story.

Its too bad hes not 29-33 anymore. No ones trading him for his 11 points, mediocre defense and 6.25 contract till hes 38

It is true he had a very poor start to the season but he had 42 points in 55 games last year.

He appears to have turned the corner and if that continues I disagree it’s a bad contract. I do think the ask will be more of an issue than the contract
