The Justin Bailey crap by fourth period has been debunked. Minnesota isn't interested in Justin Bailey and we aren't trading anything for him

The equivalent of 2 firsts for Varlomov is pretty lopsided

To finally have a good player between the post and have a good playoff run for once

A 1st for Varlamov likely gets it done (assuming Edmonton isn't on his NTC). Maybe a B prospect sweetener.

If the NYI were only asking for a 1st, Varlamov would already be a EDM Oilers

Justin Bailey? You don’t even know the guys name. Plus Minnesota actually showed interest. So.

Michael Russo said differently..I misspelled the name. Russo who covers wild said it was a blatant lie by the 4th period

Varlamov is 31st in GSAx among goalies with at least 10 games. An upgrade sure, but not a goalie who puts Edmonton over the top to give up that much.
