We're looking for someone with more impact than one year of an aging Patric Hornqvist or more something more immediate than a 2023 second. I think that we'll get better offers for Rickard Rakell, inasmuch as almost anyone's 2022 second and a reasonable prospect beats this offer.

Would you be willing to swap Hornqvist with Noel? Or add Noel and remove the retention for Hornqvist.

I'm not a panthers fan but don't see why that swap didn't work. Thought Hornqvist would be interesting because Anaheim could flip him again in the offseason or next deadline.

Underpay?? This is at least 3 1st round picks in value, for a "#1 defenseman" with 13 points and mediocre defense this season.

Tippett isn't even an NHLer, Montour is a serviceable defenceman, but has limited value to Arizona.
