The only semi realistic roster players that the Canes might care about on the Canucks roster would be Hoglander and Garland and that is it.

Detroit isn't trading Rasmussen, unless a team overpays for him, or it's part of a package deal to land a star center.

Drop Hamonic, drop Bowey, make the pick a 2nd and maybe? Dickinson in himself might not be the right player to make this work

Pens decline. They stole Nylander off Chicago. They aren’t going to just give him away being that he is absolutely killing it since the trade. The pens also don’t have that 3rd round pick. It belongs to LA

We have no reason to trade Ras for a 3rd. We have tons of prospects already, so even though his stats are far from impressive, Ras isn't really available. He works hard, and is looking like he should be a good 3C.

To answer your question, if we were to move him, it would take a late 1st, or a prospect with decent potential. In other words, he's staying put for now.

Needs to be WAY more than that. Picks do nothing for the Canes, their window is now. When those picks are NHL ready (if they hit) they might not be in this situation
