Forseberg is a natural LW. Idk how good he'll be on the RW, despite being RH. I think sees at least one game in the top 6 this season.

I like any team acquiring Forsberg but, man it’s tough to see a team like Boston giving up this type of package for a single player to make a Stanley cup run when they still have a couple holes to fill.

I’m not sure this is Boston’s year even with adding Forsberg but maybe worth a shot. If I’m Boston though, I’m taking an approach to prepare for the future at the deadline.

Patrice’s future is uncertain after this year so it makes sense to load up for one last run, still I don’t think this is the move. Without Lysell, it makes a ton more sense.

I agree BOS isn't a strong enough team this year, and shouldn't do this. Without Lysell, there's no reason for NSH to consider this offer though (if they do decide to trade Forsberg at the deadline). Lots of teams can offer them a 1st+ for Forsberg. Lysell is really the only prospect they'd consider from the Bruins' shallow prospect pool. DeBrusk and a 1st definitely doesn't move the needle (I'm not certain NSH would want DeBrusk at all).

This makes no sense - even if the Bruins needed a winger, the package being offered is way to rich. Hard pass from the Bruins

Man, I love this trade for the Preds. Apparently Forsberg was really mad that Arvidsson(His Best friend) got traded to the Kings so I don't think he'll resign. DeBrusk is a wild card but maybe he could help the lack of creativity/goal scoring on the Preds offense that they'd be missing without Forsberg. Lysell is the crown jewel of this trade though, although I dont know why Boston would get rid of him for a postseason of Forsberg.
