Well Holl is young enough for the direction Anaheims going and would be old enough to lead the young guys. I just figured Anaheim is not going to be able to keep Manson . So it’s a cheaper alternative .

Also Mrazek isn’t a back up. He’s a proven starter . I would consider him a 1a/b type goalie.

Added the second for sweetener . What do you think?

Holl has been bad this season 30 isn't young enough for the Ducks' direction. The Ducks can get a better alternative a similar AAV hit in FA this summer. Mrazek can't stay heathy, is older than Gibson and Gibson is much better. The 2nd does nothing as it is basically a high 3rd. This offer isn't even close to what the Ducks would accept. This isn't even close to his actual value and to get him you would have to overpay by a lot.
