Manson isnt worth the avs giving up a 1st for.

Thanks for the feedback man, this exercise is as much about gauging teams interests/needs as it is my best guess. What do you expect the AVS to target? Thanks in advanced

They can still target a guy like Manson, but that just is too much. I think a 2nd and a mid level prospect is the most they should spend on a Dman that would fit that 4th/5th role.

They could add a Depth dman like that, a Middle 6 winger, and maybe a PK specialist for the 4th line.

Unfortunately, the price for top 4 guys goes through the roof this time of year, see David Savard last year. Maybe instead they target a bottom pair guy like Kulak, Beaulieu, Stralman etc.

David savard had semantics of double retention. Not all trades have to result into that bc one team did it. A ducks fan agreed that a 2nd and prospect would be fair value.
Not every rental is getting a 1st round pick, that is just the reality.

2 maybe 3 1st rounders get moved every deadline. Not dozens.

Ducks are going to get a lot more for RR. A 2nd and 4th won't even get an answer
