Ottawa could probably get a second for Forsberg and if Casey DeSmith has any term (I don't think he does) he won't be dealt to Ottawa because Gustavsson is not waiver eligible.

They probably don't ship him off if he can continue his run into the playoffs. Their target becomes forward depth then.

I would do that trade with Seattle if there was Petersson instead of Matheson.
