    Luke isn't going anywhere.

Travelling from Russia the North America could become more complicated for players, but they're never going to get outright banned because of where they were born.

Luke Hughes is breaking records as an 18 year old and brothers with Devils franchise center Jack

    He’s not going anywhere

Winning is a side effect of seeing Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield play some of the best hockey in their young careers, and seeing Jeff Petry return to being Jeff Petry. Would you rather them continue to play like dogs*** like in the first half of the season? Cause you can’t really have both. If they’re gonna keep playing well you’re not going to be losing every 7 of 8 games or whatever the ridiculous number was, which is what you need to keep pace with Arizona in the race for last place.

Starts decline instantly, we aren’t trading Johnston period. If we were to, Montreal has nothing of interest to trade him for.

The most Dallas would pay for for Petry would be Dellandrea and a 2nd, and if you think that’s no good than keep him. Simple as that.

With all due respect, I don't think that you're sufficiently familiar with Luke Hughes.

He's Cale Makar, left-handed. Future Calder and Norris Trophies candidate.

If Fitzgerald trades Luke, he may as well include Jack at that point, cause he's going to permanently tank the relationship with the family.

Montreal is far enough behind that they are going to finish bottom 4 in the league, being last over all does not guarantee the 1st OVA pick. Only about 1/3 of the last place teams have won the lottery for the 1st OVA pick. In his years draft the difference between picking 1st and picking 6th is almost negligible. Wright, Cooley, Kemell, Savoie, Nemec and Slafkovsky are all good picks and likely all top 6/top 4 players

Kulak would be of interest for like a 4th or 5th maybe.

I wouldn't trade a 3rd for Poehling, but maybe a prospect swap sort of deal involving Bowers or Kaut could work. Avs are very shallow at center organizationally and have a spot open at 3C next season, so maybe Poehling would be a fit.

I don’t know if he still is but he has been a locker room problem guy, that is on the far right of the political spectrum. Not enough talent to bother.

I would call it some maturity issues retweeting divisive Trump tweets, and general maturity issues I mean his Twitter handle is liluzipoehls. Maybe he has grown up.🤷‍♂️
I’d just rather give Bowers a shot.
