Reimer is hurt and the sharks decline. They want a top prospect for Hertl plus picks. If Reimer is healthy he’s worth the 2nd. They don’t want Mrazek and his contract or Engvall. Too much “stuff” and not enough quality.

Reimer is injured (hence, Stalock) and that deal doesn't even touch Hertl.
