If you want ARI to take on Scandella's contract for 2 more years, you can't request retention.

Not sure the player portion is enough. I think ARI holds out till the draft on Chych unless they get a large overpayment,

I think people will forgive you for the misspelling LOL

In order to get Chychrun you'll need to give up something that hurts, not guys you want to get rid of. Only a desperate person trades a quarter for five nickels. And AZ is not desperate to get rid of Chychrun.
