Description

I know Zaitsev probably isn't going anywhere but I can dream. If I'm the Sens, any UFAs heading out the door should bring back picks in 2023 or 2024 when the team (presumably playoff-bound) can flip them again for rentals.

Agreed. That early 2nd should absolutely do it. I'd even try the TBL 2nd and maybe add a 5th.

I think Arizona is an ideal destination to Zaitsev and it shouldn't take that much of a sweetener. Take a look at how many players they have under contract for next year, and no one will want to sign as a UFA to play in a 5,000 college arena.
