I'd argue all moves here, save the Oilers trade, are bad for Stars. Especially since we're in the playoff race.

Think you can get more for Holtby, Turris was on waivers earlier this year, they probably need to add a sweetener just to move that contract so it would be Lavoie for Holtby straight up

I can see canes doing a trade like this, not sure it’s for Klingberg…but certainly possible.

For the Canes - bringing in Klingberg means they’d have 5 RHD on the roster (Klingberg, Pesce, DeAngelo, Bear, Chatfield) and 4 LHD (Slavin, Skjei, Cole, Smith).

If Dallas are out of the race and can't extend Pavelski then I imagine they take that and run if there are no better offers. It's a lot for nothing under those circumstances. Otherwise they reject it.
