Even if you bump Chiarot's value down to a 3rd without retention, that's still at least four 3rd's worth of value for Lundkvist. (Could be 1/2/3/3 or 2/2/3/3 picks with retention.)
I'd feel better selecting 4 RHD and playing the odds rather than betting 4 picks on the potential of Lundkvist being better than all 4 of those picks.

The habs WILL get a 1st rounder for chiarot thats not a question, what they're waiting for is the best EXTRA piece they're asking for so basically you're trading a 1st two 3rds and a prospect for lundqvist and nemeth who they absolutely no use for (essentially for the habs he has negative value and a cap dump he isn't but for the habs he is...)

Lundqvist has a value of a lte 1st rounder at best
