Just make it a 2nd and be done with it. He's worth a 3rd -- that's his value.

But make it make sense for SJ. What reason do the Sharks have in trading him if it's not an overpay? He's cost-controlled, an RFA, and a good player and teammate. So give us that 2nd if you're going to propose a trade for him.
