Im just looking for info from flames fans on monahan , i was watching a trade deadline show and monahan was mentioned as a player flames might want to get rid of with picks to make a team take him and i was confused cause i didnt realize he’d fallen so low

So im curious , whats happened to him to fall so down last 2 seasons?

48 points in 70 games two years ago. 28 in 50 last year and 22 in 56 this year. With that cap hit its not good. They also have some big contracts to sign next year.

Ya they mentioned the need for $ to sign guys , they dont know if gaudreau wants to return im assuming though . Was quite surprised to see his stats maybe he can bounce back

I made a trade for monohan to Detroit for a third and both fan bases seemed to accept it, I don't know if they are at the point to pay to dump him or not but a mid to late round pick seems to be fine.
