San Jose takes that and runs especially is they can’t get Hertl signed

The stars are in a playoff race and he is there best players. It will take more then a 23 year old wannabe and a late first round to force Dallas to at least listen to the offer.
Toronto are already having problem on the defence acquiring Nemeth make the situation even worst. Playoff team don’t want to substrate players they want to add them

You know these aren't binding, right? I just wanted to see our lineup while using LTIR to stash some players for playoffs. Did not care too much about is this pick or that pick.

San jose will absolutely want a centerman prospect in return. They already have Burns and Karlson and Merkley on the right side. Doesn’t make much sense for them to pursue those players.

It seems as if Muzzin will be back before the playoffs but with concussions and this whole LTIR circumvention I wouldn't place any bets on it. I think Dubas will use the space to acquire a defenseman to play on the second pair rather than Nemeth.

What sort of defenseman do they want?

Wow Joshua Roy is a fifth round pick on pace for 130 points.
Morgan Frost had 2 back to back 100+ points season.

If you don’t know hockey don’t comment.

Othman is the captain of flint and a 16th overall pick having a great year. He’s a very good prospect they also get a solid foremer first rounder in lunqvist and a second they trade all that for a rental this is a massive overpay by rangers

And none of those pieces interest San Jose. Are you familiar with the concept of needs? Team have certain need and will pursue offer that make sense for them. Lundkvist havent proove anything yet in North America and he isn’t burning the AHL. Othman is a 19 years old players who is supposed to dominate in the OHL. If he keep the pace won’t break the 100 point since he have miss 2 game. Nothing special there.

I know everything there need to know about those prospect. One of them is a smooth skater who like to join the rush and who see the ice extremely well. Distribute the puck well. Bit he lack physical force, doesn’t win much 1on 1 battle and is much often of position defensively.
Ohtman have a great speed, play a high pace game, like to beat defender to get the center of the ice to get shot on net. Got a quick release. Good at puck protection. Doesn’t know what backcheck means.

In juniors as 19-year old. Solid, but not that rare.

Everyone is head over heels over Fabian Lysell who is 19 aswell and only has 44 points in 38 games. Othmann is elite and will be a very good top 6 forward in the nhl

Do you think a rental of Hertl is getting you a Bedard or 2?
