If they just want to develop their players, he won't add much. They will continue to play Jokiharju in the top 4 and add one mentor for Power, which can be anyone, even Tyler Myers. In attack, they probably won’t change anything at all, they will sign Olofsson and give Mitts more chances to prove himself, since an injury spoiled him this season. I just don't expect much, but maybe Adams will surprise me.
