Sens have some good centers coming up, any of these guys on the table and for what cost? Pens need a 3C

you would think just to keep the fan base happy and buying season tickets, you don't trade any of those guys. that's assuming the sens win the first round of the playoffs.

No reason to trade them unless a game changing forward is coming back.

The Senators won't retain half salary on Brassard for the next 2 years to get the Penguins to bite on a trade. Plus, trading Zibanejad away from Brassard and then turning around and trading him away would be... counterproductive. That's Blue Jackets-levels of "let's trade for Jeff Carter and Marián Gáborík in consecutive seasons and trade them both away less then a season after acquisition," and it didn't end well for them.
They also just extended Zack Smith; seems like they're intent on keeping him around.
Pageau... well, if Dorion's smart, he *won't* trade him. The Senators are on a bit of an upswing. If Dorion *wants* to trade him to the Penguins, though, by all means, I'm sure Jim Rutherford would take that trade.
