Help Wanted!

I'm looking for an AGM, I'll be "going away" at a point, in which I'll still come on every couple days, but I'll be paying for internet by the minute, so I'll need someone handling the negotiations and presenting me with prospective deals to consider on our top end players. I'll still be in every couple days but only for a short amount of time. Please come to the San Jose page if you are interested in being a big part of the team and having the authority to make smaller deals without needing to wait or authorize it with me. There's quite a few players in our control that I would allow to be moved and we could use some of the rules for absentee GM's even though I won't technically be inactive for that period of time. I would like to maintain the head GM position during this process though, as I wouldn't "be inactive 14 days or more". I'll be asking some people from the Armchair section of the site if they are interested in becoming my assistant, so please apply soon if you think you are qualified for the position.

The main strengths I'm looking for are; friendliness, proper player evaluating and an ability to conceptualize a bigger picture than just the obvious.
As an example, I wouldn't trade for Rickard Rakkell, Jonathan Marchessult and Michael Grabner and then put them all on the same line just expecting them to all get tons of goals the following season. I'm not going to say that'd be a poor idea, but I'd like to make the roster functional in both their real life line mates as well as have a high level of compatibility if they were all on the same line. That's the end goal of this process and I'm not positive it will be done, but if you'd like to help create a vision please apply.
