Boeser to the Pens is just not going to happen. Pens already need to ship out salary to fit in extensions for Geno, Tanger, and Rust. Fitting in a Boeser contract when he's due a qualifying offer at 7.5 is just a non-starter.

And besides, trading his RFA rights for a 25 year old top 4 RHD under long term control at a managable cap hit is just absurdly imbalanced value.
