So a Top 10 forward in the league and Dylan Strome traded away for two bottom 6 forwards, a top 6 D and a 1st...? I need what you are smoking.

Not quite enough for CHI, but, I like the concept. At some point Chicago would love to have 10mil of cap room during a rebuild. I’d listen to an offer but it needs to include many picks, prospects and the Statue of Liberty’s left foot.

2 bottom 6 forwards, ok. Kakko playing 1RW when he got hurt. He played his best hockey this year as 2RW. That is top 6. Chytil is 3rd C/W so I'll give you that. Then you say top 6 D. There is usually only 6 D dressed for a game. To be honest as a Ranger fan Hajek has been a healthy scratch the majority of the season. That doesn't make him top 6 anything

Kane has a FULL NMC. He will give 2 or 3 teams he might want to go to. Those 2 possible 3 teams have all the leverage. The return will be an NHL ready player, prospect, 1st maybe another 3rd. Plus Chicago is going to retain money. Not the multiple picks and prospects like you said. That is if Kane wants to leave. He has said he has no problem going through a rebuild.
