Can the Leafs acquire Kessel? NMC/NTC aside, does Toronto having retained on Kessel make them ineligible to be somewhere where he can be traded?

Not even close. A B prospect, a bust of a 1st round pick who can’t crack the Laffs D and a late 1st. Toronto doesn’t have anything the Canucks would want in a Miller trade
