There is no reasonable scenario in which Los Angeles would want Tanner Pearson back; we have four guys who can play LW and are more valuable than he is already on the roster and we need to find playing time for additional youngsters coming up.

Good lord no, that Devils trade is a big no. Way too much for a guy needing $7.5m QO

Its not really looking to replace anybody. Kings are on the verge to make playoffs, you guys are needing more scoring, someone who can win board battles. He doesn't cost as much as if they wanted to trade for garland or boeser for scoring. Also playoff experience

7.5mil is only a QO. He's not worth 7.5 and he can be signed for less .i would say in the 6mil range. Zacha is ufa, ty smith is getting scratched a lot of the times

Ty had 2 goals in 2 games once he came back. He's also 21. Dumb to quit on a defender with his potential that early.

How are we going to get more scoring out of him if he doesn't play?

Pearson would be 2nd line winger on the kings. The only wingers better than him in terms of points total is Kempe, Arvindsson and Moore lol. He's probably top 5 in plus minus on the kings too

Tanner Pearson is simply not a good fit for Los Angeles, any more now than he was in 2019, when the Kings were a weaker team. Los Angeles doesn't need a winger scoring half a point a game.
