Leafs do have room if Muzzin stays on LTIR until playoffs. would have 250k in space and could still move Mrazek if they wanted to make another trade.

You really think you'll have room next year when Johnson is still going to be at $6M AND you have to re-sign Kase, Engvall, Liljegren, AND Sandin? Not to mention the Rielly extension...

Mrazek traded for sure. you can reflip johnson and move Kerfoot if needed. Still have 8M in cap space next season before any deals are made.

Or maybe you don't spend the assets to move Johnson since no one except the Avs really can handle his contract (it's not great, but Sakic's cap maneuvers work around it, and he's a solid defenseman, still). Mrazek is going to be a pain for you to trade since it'll take a 2nd+ to move him. Kerfoot is good for your depth so IDK why the hell you would ever want to move someone at a .73 PPG pace for the contract he has. All that and you still think that you can sign all of them long-term, not to mention Campbell and a replacement for Mrazek...
