*** My 21'-22' Pens could be a much much better, younger, bigger, & more skilled team. ***

~ I love Rakell, he could get back to his 34G / 69P form w/ a Top C like Geno & tho very skilled 67 plays a much harder gm than most think & will go to net & even make big hits.
+ Getting 2 Big young thick wingers w/ speed too - Gurianov (6'3"/215) & Comtois (6'2"/215) - is exactly what this team does not have at all.

~ LINE 3B : ZAR12/O'Conner10 --------- Blueger53 ---------- McGinn23 ----------------------------------------- 53 & 23 are Elite 4th liners w/ ZAR, O'Conner, also option to go 23-53-9

Trading both Comtois and Moore make absolutely no sense for Anaheim

Guerin was smart enough to get rid of Zucker when he was entering his decline years, I can’t see him wanting anything to do with Zucker, much less if Addison were to be involved.

Do NOT compare Brassard and Zucker. Zucker is by far a better Penguin than Brassard was. From what I remember Brassard made no impact at all and didn’t seem to want to be in Pittsburgh and gave what seemed like 0 effort. At least with Zucker he plays physical, playing defence, sets up scoring opportunities, and has strong forechecking. He may not put up the points sadly, but he’s still playing to be effective in other areas

As others have pointed out, Guerin is the one who got rid of Zucker in the first place. He wanted Addison here. There's no reason he would suddenly change his mind and try to revert that trade. Also, your cap argument is one of the major reasons why Addison will be vital in MN in the next few years. We're about to get hit hard by Parise and Suter's buyout cap hits so having Addison on a cheap contract will be extremely helpful. We have too many wings as is so adding another $5.5 million for a player who we don't need when we're trying to shed salary as is would be about the dumbest thing Guerin could do.
