I think it is obvious that the Habs have no interest in trading Lehky since he is still playing games and not in the press box. That means if you want him you are going to have to step up the offers.

I honestly think a third and Ranta is an overpayment for Lehky even though I know that’s an unpopular opinion lol

I love the Arizona trade for both sides. The Leafs one is certainly interesting but I doubt Toronto says yes as Willy is too crucial to the Leafs’ offense even though it may be fair value. I doubt that Dubas would give him up for anything but a large overpayment.

Interesting because not many guys are sitting outside of Chariot. When you’re a middle six guy, you play.

Id say its a no from the Leafs, not because its awful value (I think its pretty close) but because the key piece moving back from Colorado is Girard, and the Leafs have Rielly for a long time and have Sandin on the come up, doesnt leave much room for Girard

But last I checked, Girard can play RD as well right?
