We need a top 4 LD to play with Spurge, Goligoski is showing his age now and while I like Kulikov I think he's best utilized on the bottom pairing. That said, I don't like the idea of Chiarot since I'm not convinced this team can make a deep playoff run. He makes sense on paper, I just don't like the idea of getting a rental.

I agree we need a better ld as you probably seen lot of my post. I think we need bigger d man. I'd be willing to give up picks and stuff for a different dman and someone younger and possible with some term. I know we can't really afford to take more on.
