That isnt true. Archibald is a US citizen he can go back to the states but he has to quarantine for 2 weeks.

I want Gagner in Calgary as a last minute tweak, take Ritchie off the 4th line for Gagner and it would miff Oilers fans something fierce.

I don't think gagner would go there. He is an oiler at heart, his wife and kids live in edmonton.

Then add a pick to that trade as Archibald doesn't really hold any value for us. Maybe Malone go back, but basically just have to add something of value other wise no reason to do it for Detroit.
