I don’t understand why they’re galaxy-braining “trade for a vet RW in Radulov” when Kessel is right there and available for cheap

Exactly. If memory serves me correctly there was a report that Kessel at 50% retained would cost a 3rd. Radulov for sure costs more than that and is the worse player of the two

I'm sure you know way more about hockey than Chris Drury and would be a much better GM, but what is it about 38-17-5 that you don't understand?

    Most likely a 3rd, maybe a 2nd if lucky.

Rangers are lucky to have Igor Shesterkin. I don't love the depth the Rangers have, I'd be prioritizing other pieces over Radulov

assuming you hurt my feelings tells me all i need to know about you, you are also assuming i have feelings, but i digress.

i just don't understand the Leaf's - can't stop a puck to save the teams life.
can't win playoff games 8-6, but keep being confused about a report saying the Rangers may be interested in Radulov...

Leafs Goaltending has been streaky but the Leafs still win. Honestly your entire argument is idiotic. Just because I cheer for the Leafs, my criticism about another team is invalid? How is your criticism of the Leafs anymore valid than my criticism on the Rangers? Radulov would be a mistake IMO

Rangers are lucky to have Shesty, but he doesn't score goals, run the PP, make great passes, forecheck, etc., etc. And just because a GM inquires about a plyer, doesn't mean they will trade for them. Inquiring about available players is in their job description. Drury is doing his job and has been checking on many players, like all GM's do.

you claiming that you didn't understand the Rangers is what peaked my interest.
what don't you understand about them?
what makes you think that a guy like Radulov wouldn't fit (for the right price) on the Rangers 3rd line?
