Great question! First off, tho, don't sign Darling or Panik to those cap hits!! Hopefully bowman has finally learned that lesson. It seems imperative to teach their guys how to win draws! Better special teams coaching/schemes are also a must area to improve. As far as retooling the roster, look to move guys that can be moved. Panarin, Crawford and/or Hjalmarsson. Replace with veterans, if possible, on lower cap hits.

Just don't continue to be foolish this off season.

More of a Jack kind of guy! $4.15M/ certainly is a sweetheart of a deal for Clementine. Maybe he can become a Talbot or a Jones next season for the 'Canes.
