you need to win with the ability to play multiple ways. bolts can play hard and rough, and they can play a skilled high intensity back and forth game. canes are getting there. knights and avs are there. panthers needed that toughness (so they added chiarot). leafs are not there yet. leafs are closer to the canes than the bolts. just my opinion. adding a bunhc of plugs wont solve your issues either.

In my opinion you would be better off just keeping Holl rather than making a Schenn deal. Also I think you wouldn’t get a pick back in a Crouse deal. Overall it makes sense though!

Mrazek almost definitely needs a pick attached to him to move him, and if you're moving him Vegas is 100000% not the team to be taking on the remaining 2x$3.8M he's owed.

DesLauriers' value is mostly intangible, so although that's probably the right value for him in the abstract, I doubt that we'd actually do it. (As far as I can see, Dermott is another Benoit/Mahura.)
