I see two options for the trade deadline, we either have to go all-in and get a good winger or we gotta trade Letang and shop other players. I would much prefer to do the first, and I really hope that is the direction we go, but if we can't upgrade at all then I think we have to just bite the bullet. I don't think this team will win as is, the reality is we need more depth and scoring for the playoffs. We gotta just commit to one direction, the worst thing we could do is stand the course. I think we owe it to these players and to our core to go all in and go get the best winger we can to help them, but if they don't decide to go that direction then I think we loose first or second round and then we'd loose Letang for nothing in the offseason. I love Letang, and I am not gonna like it at all seeing him go, but it's looking like he will sign in Montreal. If he is planning on staying in Pittsburgh thats a different story, but if he decides or indicates he might move on in the offseason, which it is looking like, I think this has to be considered.
