Would Panarin for Saad make sense?

Created by: Watty1
Team: 2017-18 Chicago Blackhawks
Initial Creation Date: Apr. 22, 2017
Published: Apr. 22, 2017
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
I saw someone else bring it up earlier. Only way it would makes sense is Chicago would get Saad for 4 years for a fixed cost vs. 2 for Panarin.

Also moving Crawford seems like their only cap-saving option.

Maybe Panarin for Saad makes sense, though it does not nothing to help the Hawks cap situation. TradingCrawford, without retention or even expecting anything of value in return to me seems to a Hawks dream.
Teams can sign other UFA goalies cheaper, or get trade for other goalies cheaper.

Saad is a more complete player. I'd take him back in a heartbeat.

Guys, Panarin won rookie of the year in the McDavid year. Not enough for Panarin in my opinion. But even if it was, i don't think he'd ever get traded.

As a Hawks fan, he won ROY because McDavid missed 37 games. McDavid had 48 points in 45 games, and would have won ROY with that pace..
