Hamonic for Dermott. That's a win in my books.

That's pretty good work for the Canucks. Trade out Hamonic, get Dermott and 1.5 mil cap space.

At half the cap, nice work by VAN here.

I don't mind it. It didn't make sense before a dman was moved, but it made sense after.

I was one of those. Still not thrilled with the deal. Hopefully he can play up to his potential in Vancouver

It's a low risk move for Van. Good pick up with decent upside and little risk.

Because most, if not all of those trades were either Motte straight up for Dermott or Schenn plus a draft pick for Dermott which made no sense since both Motte and Schenn are more valuable than Dermott

Well I apologize if I was one of them. Honestly still don’t think it makes sense but Hamonic got us a 3rd and I didn’t think we would be able to get rid of him unless we have a pick so I have no idea what’s going on

Canucks did well. Dermott could never succeed in Toronto. A fresh start will do him good. He wont be a star but he's better than hamonic.
