I really think Hughes isn’t trading Kulak if he doesn’t get a 2nd RD pick and he will just extend him instead

I don’t really mind those trades that much. I’m not sure WPG does that, but who knows.

yeah hes shown that he has a price he's asking for and won't budge from it. Toffoli and chiarot are good examples.

All comes down to how they view Suzuki. Svech has been awesome for us when he’s been utilized properly on the 2nd line. It’s tough to say. I’d imagine that if they’re high on Suzuki, it’s good, but if they’re not a fan, probably remove him and swap the 2nd for a 1st. Maybe add a lesser prospect. I’m just spitballing ideas.

I can’t really see Suzuki having a long term impact on the Canes roster, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets moved in a package for someone more established. E. Svechnikov has looked so much better and a lot more like someone drafted in the first round since going to the Jets. He still has a ways to go, but I think he will get there.

If Suzuki isn’t good enough for the Jets, someone like Rees might be available instead.

I feel like jets will like Suzuki. I am a fan of him. Also yeah E. svech is well on his way to at least realizing a bit of his potential.

There’s definitely a deal to be made here. This is in the ball park for sure.
