COL and NYR look to be the only buyers left looking to spend. But what do I know.

I would agree that they are the last big buyers, but you only need 2 for a bidding war

Only if the GM’s are dumb and Sakic isn’t that. But hey you could have a Rockies dumb like GM that bids against himself.

Bro there is a back story to that, about 10-15 yrs ago the Rockies had a FA pitcher in town and they had agreed to a contract, then the Rockies dumb ass owner comes over like he is some slick baller and writes down a number for the contract. It’s like $30M more than what the GM and the player and just agreed to.
