Boston definitely should've traded him, this price is a little steep for his numbers and they would've gotten more value out of selling him off IMO

Unless it's a sign and trade, in which case;

Guys its a bit over Market Value, but this helps to trade him knowing that the team that will aquire him have him under contract for the next 2 years under a 4m over not knowing

Called this months ago with DeBrusk signing an extension for less then his QO. This removes the uncertainty to potential teams. DeBrusk trade request is still on the table.

JDB signed to a two yr deal is more attractive to teams then JDB as a pending RFA
