Would be cool, think CDH isn’t getting moved before the deadline though.

I woke up from an unpaid nap at my work desk and nothing has happened yet, what gives?

Davidson failed to move CDH; at some point he should have taken anything for him...failure to launch

I dont mind it. Still need to win games to keep our pick for next year (in my mind). Not necessarily the best look for a rookie GM to cave at the deadline on 2 guys (de haan and Kubalik). Shows he means business and wont budge for the sake of a 4th round pick

Not the best look either to lose both of them for nothing after the season; at some point something is worth more then nothing for only the sake of pride

I cant imagine Kubalik is lost for nothing. I would hope he recognizes that nobody out there is going to give him his QO and settles for a prove it deal, otherwise I would imagine it would still be possible to recoup a late round pick for him, which I imagine was the offer anyway. In the grand scheme of things, after picking up at least 2 firsts and hopefully another, the late round picks wont matter as much. I would rather do right by the players and not lose every game from here to the end of the season

I’m curious if Chicago decided to do a full rebuild and trade kane toews and debrincat. Not saying they will but Hypothetically what would you want from Nashville for debrincat. I think Nashville is another goal scorer away from really contending and cat would be perfect. Just curious what it would take.

More then Eichel given Cat is 1 year younger, RFA, not injured, cheaper cap hit for another year, top 5 goal scorer, and no dispute with his team.

Top high end prospect plus 2 firsts would probably be required to get the conversation going.
