No one would offer him 11 mil a year and I doubt the devils offered him that and he turned it down, where is your source. Also this is supposed to be in 2019-20 where he is still on his 6 mil a year contract

Why would Panarin sign with little brother #2 when he wanted to be a Ranger and Little Brother #1 offered more money and was a better team than both?
