Won’t be popular amongst Bruins fans but that’s an overpay. Bruins still decline though.

Lindholm and Carlo don’t play the same position. Adding Lindholm has no affect on Carlos availability.

Depth behind Carlo at RD makes him unmovable for Boston.

The way things stand now, Caps aren't going to move Vanecek. It's more than likely Samsonov will be available though

Sweeney said Lindholm , Mac and Carlo are going to be the defensive foundation pieces for a very long time. Doubt Sweeney moves any 3 of those guys in the near future no matter what the offer is
