Pending. It's under investigation by the NHL because Anaheim was apparently one of the teams he would not accept a trade to.

That being said, a first round pick seems like too much, but, because this trade is crucial to Vegas' cap, Montreal may be able to get more than what Vegas gave to Anaheim for Kesler and Moore's contracts.

If that is the case HABS would definitely do that trade, but they would have to move Petry before the start of the season to assume the contract from Dadonov
